About Mollie Anderson

Senior Consultant, BSI

Mollie Anderson has more than 30 years of proactive and engaged experience providing strategic and tactical health and safety support for high-technology, semiconductor, biopharma, and general manufacturing industry sectors. She is experienced in driving organizational change within globally diverse, fast-paced, and complex process-specific environments. She specializes in having comprehensive experience for U.S. and multinational clients focused on global, corporate, and sustainable EHS leadership; initiatives, standards, and EHS innovation; and integration of diverse teams driving safety cultures beyond compliance. Applying her product safety engineering, hazard analysis and risk assessment background, she also leads the BSI robotics and automated systems technologies team for EHS program development and risk assessments.

She is an active SESHA member and has had opportunities to attend and present at our SESHA conferences and monthly webinars, and to encourage BSI clients and colleagues to join the organization. As a longtime member of SESHA, and even longer as an active professional in the semiconductor industry, her interest is to give back to our high-tech community. She believes these are quickly advancing and exciting times, and through SESHA, we together have the chance to foster interest in and contribution to the organization; collaborate on enriching and timely information/presentations; and entice more of our junior and midlevel professionals to learn, question, and participate in order to further professional growth.
