Counterfeit operations in the world produce more revenue than the illegal drug trade. Brand protection and security methods to prevent loss to the gray market are paramount to semiconductor manufacturers. This presentation will show examples of counterfeit products, loss prevention, physical control considerations, transportation issues, insurability, and assurance of intellectual property destruction of e-scrap through the reclaim supply chain.
