Emergency Response Teams (ERT) are required by Article 51 of the Uniform Fire Code for semiconductor operations. This presentation will discuss how to develop an effective ERT for semiconductor operations. Topics include: Needs Assessment, Management Support, Written Emergency Response Plan, Emergency Response Equipment., ERT Training, ERT Drills, ERT Motivation and ERT Coordination. Video of quarterly drills at semiconductor operations will also be shown.
