Development of Handbook of Risk in Semiconductor Manufacturing

Vincent DeGiorgio

The Handbook of Risk in Semiconductor Manufacturing (working title) is presently under development and will be published by the prestigious publisher Elsevier headquartered in Amsterdam with offices worldwide. This will be the first book addressing the risks associated with environmental health and safety (EHS), physical assets and business continuity in a single publication. This book will provide a clear, comprehensive examination of the numerous risks associated with the fabrication of semiconductor devices. An all-star team of global subject manner experts (SMEs) is being assembled, with over 50 SME’s already committed. In addition to English, we are exploring making the book’s content available in Korean, Mandarin and Japanese.
