The Risk Assessment (R.A.) process should fit our organization’s needs and consider all foreseeable hazards with an effective and smart approach. This presentation will take you through the steps of possible improvement of R.A. process, starting from looking at the current situation, in terms of tools available (software and systems), known methods, standards and regulations and BKM (best practices); then looking at the obstacles to perform a proper R.A. process, and finally looking at the opportunities for improvements trying to reach the “Ideal” R.A. process using proper tools in a smart way.
