Do you share timely information about safety incidents with your industry peers so as to minimize the possibility of a repeat incident occurring elsewhere in our industry? This paper examines the need for sharing such information then identifies the perceived obstacles to doing so. It includes a discussion of possible ways in which to overcome these obstacles. It further examines how to gather and use incident summaries to improve safety and ensure the business continuity of your organization. It closes with a call for specific action by the membership of SESHA.
