OSHA requires development and implementation of a Lock Out and Tag Out (LOTO) program to prevent injuires from accidental or inadvertent activation of equipment. The following topics will be covered during the presentation: written LOTO program, developing tool specific LOTO procedures, LOTO devices, shift change procedure, group LOTO procedure, contractor requirements, recordkeeping, periodic inspections and training requirements.
