Kate Sellers and Richelle Romanchik

Manufacturers face increasing pressure on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in their products: new reporting requirements will show PFAS hiding in plain sight in purchased materials; public outrage over PFAS grows; and regulators around the world are moving to ban or restrict PFAS in products in a dizzying onslaught of regulations on different PFAS chemicals and different PFAS uses. This talk will help listeners to understand the compliance challenges and business risks that may affect their operations. They will come away with practical information on how to manage those challenges to minimize their risks.
