PFAS Regulatory Trends and How Industry is Responding

John Cuthbertson
(AECOM)

In light of the lack of PFAS federal regulations coming from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), many states are forced to deal with PFAS related issues on their own and have taken different and unique approaches. Two states, in particular, Michigan and California, are conducting more systematic approaches to identify PFAS impacts in their states from multiple industries. This presentation will focus on national regulatory trends, provide insight on how these regulations may affect the semi-conductor industry, and present several case studies that will provide insight for how to prepare to address potential PFAS issues at your facilities.
