Safe Handling of Metalorganics
It is well known that metalorganics react with water, oxygen or both and must be handled under an inert atmosphere. The semiconductor industry routinely handle metalorganics and safe practices are part of the standard procedure. However, improvements can be made by sharing information and technologies to ensure that common approaches and hazards are identified. This presentation will cover general information about metalorganics and will relate safety information about how to handle and store the materials.
