The Effect of State PFAS Regulations on Industry and How Industry is Responding

In light of the lack of PFAS federal regulations coming from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), many states are forced to deal with PFAS related issues on their own and have taken different and unique approaches to protect human health and the environment. This presentation will focus on key regulatory drivers, provide insight on how these regulations may affect Industrial facilities, and how Industry is responding.
