Jeff Paddock

Jeff Paddock (PT, MPT, MBA, CSCS, CES) serves as Director of Onsite Services for WorkWell Prevention & Care (WWPC) and is responsible for oversight of all onsite clinics, providers and operations nationwide for WorkWell. He is a member of WorkWell’s faculty, co-authoring and presenting continuing education courses for healthcare professionals seeking to provide employer-based wellness and treatment.

Mr. Paddock graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University, and subsequently earned an MBA from Florida State University as well as a Master of Physical Therapy degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Over the course of his career, Mr. Paddock has gained clinical physical therapy experience in several settings, and has treated patients with a multitude of orthopedic and neurological conditions. He has completed pre-work screens, functional capacity evaluations and job analyses for a variety of corporations and municipalities. Mr. Paddock has also consulted with Fortune 500 companies and other manufacturing employers across the country to develop customized onsite therapy and wellness programs for the reduction of musculoskeletal injuries.

Mr. Paddock is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapy and currently serves on the Nominating Committee for the Occupational Health Special Interest Group. He is also a member of the APTA Private Practice Section and was named as an APTA Emerging Leader Award recipient. He has presented both regionally and nationally for the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), as well as at other conferences in the safety industry.
