Laurie Beu
Laurie Beu is a consultant in environmental policy, strategy and management who leads EHS technical teams and conducts industry benchmarking. She has led semiconductor industry technical programs to address process greenhouse gas emissions and chemical issues. Laurie is a Lead Author of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories, Chapter 6: Electronics Industry Emissions and is technical program manager of the Semiconductor Photoacid Generator (PAG) Consortium.
