Richard Meredith
Richard Meredith is the Senior Manager for Safety, Health and Environment in the Edwards Vacuum Semiconductor division. He is responsible, with a supporting global team, to ensure the health (including mental health) & safety of approximately 1800 field service engineers globally who work in the high-risk environment of semiconductor manufacturing. Richard has over 19 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry, initially in quality roles and for the last 3 years as a health and safety professional. He is an accredited mental health instructor who draws from his own personal experiences with mental ill health to deliver mental health and wellbeing training to managers within Edwards.
