Weihang (Keith) Guan
Weihang (Keith) Guan is a Product Engineer for Entegris Inc. in their Specialty Gas business unit. He has over 5 years of experience supporting specialty chemical process development and safety management in semiconductor industry. In recent years, his primary focus has been on the SDS® product line and functional / reliability testing and technology transfer to high volume manufacturing of the Next Generation Safe Delivery Source (SDS®4). Keith holds a B.S degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and a M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York.
