Over the last 23 years, he has also acquired broad experience across various functions, enabling him to lead with an integrated view of the business- a skill required for breakthrough performance.

As a leader, he applies extensive experience executing business growth strategies and leading cross- functional teams to deliver ambitious innovation and results. He has a track record of success in helping clients achieve measurable results in human performance, occupational safety, process safety management, and reliability & maintenance. His industry focus includes Chemicals, Electronics & Semiconductors, and Power Generation / Utilities.

Before joining DEKRA, Dan served as EVP & GM of Enterprise Workforce Solutions at TPC Training as well as Executive Vice President of American Safety Council (now Certus), where he led both organizations to innovate leading-edge workplace safety training technologies in the areas of Construction and General Industry.
