UL Built InForm™ Managing building risks throughout your built environment.

Robert James

Whether a single building or a large portfolio of buildings – commercial, residential, educational, or other – safety should not and cannot be overlooked. It is critical to have the confidence and security that your locations are a safe place for occupants, whether workers, tenants or residents.

Revealing and managing safety risks requires governance of safety programs and activities across your building portfolio including buildings’ systems and assemblies and the persons responsible for each item and activity. You need to be able to quickly identify and understand which parts of your building have risk exposures, from external building envelope systems to internal critical life safety systems.
