John Marci has more than 25 years of progressive experience in the safety, health, environment and security field, in a highly regulated industry (Pharma) as well as high risk industry (Semi), specifically in the areas of corporate employee health and safety, manufacturing safety, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, emergency planning, corporate security, construction site health and safety, environmental regulation interpretation and enforcement, training, report preparation, project presentation. He currently holds the position of Sr. Manager/Dep. Director EHS&S for a US based semiconductor manufacturing company focusing on global continuous improvement, ISO 45001 and OSHA compliance and Regional Junior Site Manager Support.
His professional passion is focused on junior employee education and professional development helping them obtain the CSP and CIH credentials by the associated professional organizations. He was actively involved in two SESHA mini conferences in the Albany NY. In addition, he has worked to increase his company’s participation in the Annual SESHA Conference as company event coordinator leveraging resources to support employee participation and event sponsorship. He has been an active board member of two conservation organizations (503c) actively involved in preservation of Adirondack Brook Trout and Outdoor Stewardship and Education.
