Even a small event occurring in a semiconductor fabrication clean room or support area can result in a devastating loss if proper emergency response procedures are not in place. Pre-planning and proper, periodic training involving both plant personnel and public agencies is critical. This session will provide an overview of critical elements necessary for an effective emergency response.
