Employers are recognizing the power of employee health and productivity. The historical focus was to equip our workers with the best tools, provide training to keep skills up-to-date and providing motivation with financial incentives. An overlooked opportunity is the employee health and well being. This session will address some of the common myths associated with health promotion programs. Workplace health promotion programs require leadership, planning, program design and content. Experience in health promotion implementation and medical case management will be illustrated.
