The Laws are Changed. The 2007 California Codes are now adopted and will very soon become Law. The New Building, Fire , Mechanical and Plumbing Codes will absolutely change the way business is being done. Previous knowledge of the Codes will be of marginal help in understanding these New Requirements. EH&S personal will have direct responsibilities and liabilities under these new Laws. This session will provide a graphic overview of these new requirements. Those Non-Californians in attendance will find that now that California has re-entered the Code process. The Model codes will be changed to follow the new requirements. All US States and Canadian Provinces will be affected by the 2007 California Codes. We will attempt to prepare all attendees.
