The Silver Lining in the COVID Cloud

Prior to the COVID pandemic, occupational and employee health was often viewed as a necessary evil with an emphasis on compliance and risk management. Two years on, COVID has put into sharp focus the strategic imperative of having a present, productive and healthy workforce. Those responsible for occupational and employee health now have the attention of the C-suite, funding for employee health initiatives, and added scrutiny and pressure to address workforce health and well-being. This presentation will address the immediate and expected long-term impacts of COVID on employee health, including the increasing role of digital infrastructure in managing health data and initiatives.
