Mr. DiIeso is a Board Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) and Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) who has over 10 years of experience in the field of occupational ergonomics in rehabilitation, workers compensation and lean manufacturing. As a consultant he is experienced in developing, deploying and managing corporate wide ergonomics programs; implementing effective engineering solutions; designing return to work programs, fitness for duty programs and physical demands analysis; utilizing qualitative and quantitative ergonomic risk assessments to focus on implementing engineering solutions for risk reduction and increasing efficiencies. His expertise lies in the areas of human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and job/process redesign. Mr. DiIeso received his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Boston University and Master of Science degree from University of Massachusetts – Lowell. He is a member of American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), and American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
