As a Senior Environmental Engineer at Capaccio Environmental Engineering, Inc., Mr. Cotter is responsible for managing all air quality related services for their clients. He has over twenty years of experience in the air quality field and has completed numerous projects in ambient monitoring, source testing, air permitting, air dispersion modeling, transportation air impact analyses, emissions inventories, compliance audits, air pollution control analyses, as well as provided support to multiple environmental impact studies. Mr. Cotter provides consultation to various industrial and institutional clients on compliance to federal and state regulations, including greenhouse gas inventorying and reporting. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and has been a member of the Air and Waste Management Association for over twenty years.
