Mary Liu, CIH, is the Risk Manager for SMIC, based in China. Her duties are mainly focused on, though not limited to, property risk management through risk reduction and insurance procurement. She has also held positions in Corporate and Site ESH at the company. Prior to moving to China, she consulted with EORM in Silicon Valley, focusing on clients in the high-tech industry. Mary received her Master\\\’s from Harvard School of Public Health in Industrial Hygiene and her Bachelor\\\’s from Pomona College in Chemistry.
