Steve Trammell is an ESH Project manager at ISMI in Austin, Texas. Prior to ISMI, Steve worked at Motorola/Freescale for 15 years, and his responsibilities included assisting in fab startups, establishing corporate level risk management programs and policies, and conducting ESH risk and compliance audits worldwide. Prior to entering the semiconductor industry, he manages a variety of ESH compliance and risk management programs in both the aerospace and petrochemical industries. Steve holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, and is a registered Professional Engineer, a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager. Laurie Beu is an environmental consultant with extensive experience formulating company and industry environmental strategies, integrating environmental solutions into process development, and addressing industry contributions to climate change. Prior to consulting, she worked in the semiconductor industry for 23 years. Laurie is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.
