Toxic Release Inventory Reporting Changes

The semiconductor industry has been required to file SARA Section 313 Toxic Release Inventory Reports for chemical manufactured, processed or otherwise used in quantities that exceed regulatory threshold amounts since 1987. Recent additions to the TRI chemical list, perfluorocompound reduction strategies, and process changes may increase the number of TRI reports to be filed from manufacturing facilities.
