2018 NFPA 70E Significant Changes

Abstract:
The 2018 NFPA 70E standard brings numerous changes and improvements. Based on my experience and working knowledge of the standard, this is the best revision of the standard to date. However, with the amount of changes comes challenges. The challenges or significant changes explained in the presentation are what I believe to be the most difficult for electrical safety program mangers or company owners to implement and enforce. They are challenging, but if implemented and verified as being executed in the field, they will ensure your company has an effective electrical safety program that will assist in protecting your electrical workers from the hazards of electricity.
