This session will highlight industrial hygiene exposure assessment and monitoring strategies as a cornerstone of successful safety and health management systems. Risk screening, banding and modeling tools, sampling plans, and exposure data communication and action planning will be reviewed using case study examples for semiconductor fabrication, material and equipment suppliers, research and development, and facility construction.

Michele has over three decades of EHS experience in consulting, academic research, and in industry as a Fortune 200 global business and site EHS lead. She is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and has a PhD in Nanobioscience from the University at Albany, MS in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon, and BS in Industrial Hygiene/Environmental Toxicology from Clarkson University. Michele is a Principal owner of Colden Corporation based in their Albany, NY area office.
