Business Continuity In Action- The session will illustrate the benefits of implementing BCP via the use of several case studies including Nokia/Phillips/Ericcson and others. These will illustrate how planning at these organizations has helped these firms and lack of planning has caused great financial loss at others. The presentation will focus on the positive “lessons learned” and how other organizations can use these to kick-start their BCP efforts or add new life to existing plans.
