Chemical footprint Methodology for Semiconductor Manufacturing

This presentation will inform the audience of a Chemical Foot printing methodology being developed for a semiconductor manufacturing operation that takes into consideration certain impact factors beyond just the hazard classification of a chemical. The methodology looks to weight certain “impact” factors of chemicals to help determine opportunities to soften and reduce ones overall chemical foot print in a normalized manner.
