Testo CIH,CSP and Ashley Moll The presentation addresses the regulatory requirements for compliance with OSHA’s CFR 1910.119 Process Safety Management standard, but also defines the business drivers that support compliance along with a summary of best practices. The presentation will cover the elements of OSHA’s Process Safety Management standard and the application in the semiconductor industry. The presentation will support a management systems approach to achieve compliance and manage business risk. The message is, that a well performing process safety management program either for compliance or best practice will have a positive impact to a company’s bottom line performance.
