For over 3 decades Joe has seen the benefits of safety and health within his businesses and personal life. His original perspective came during his time as an environmental health and safety engineer, where he was focused on physical safety and protecting the environment. Through his personal experiences in a range of businesses from manufacturing to business services, he has created a cadence that engages employees, customers and suppliers in a conversation that establishes a culture of safety and health. People are more informed, take personal responsibility and have a higher level of accountability.
