Suzanne Fallender

Suzanne has over 14 years of experience in the fields of corporate responsibility and corporate governance. At Intel, Suzanne manages reporting and communication of Intel’s corporate responsibility programs and performance, including publication of Intel’s annual corporate responsibility report. In her role, Suzanne works with groups across the company—including EHS, supply chain, HR, legal, government affairs and community relations—to integrate corporate responsibility into decision-making and strategic discussions. Prior to joining Intel, Suzanne was Vice President at Institutional Shareholder Services (now RiskMetrics Group) where she managed the firm’s social investment research department, providing research and advisory services to pension funds and investment managers on the sustainability records of U.S. companies. Suzanne holds an M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. Suzanne serves on the boards of directors of the Tempe Community Council and Arizona Businesses Advancing Sustainability.
