Beth Tshudy – SESHA Fellow
Beth Tshudy is an EHS professional with over eighteen years of semiconductor industry experience. In her current role as Manager of Environmental Health and Safety for the Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) Wilmington Campus, Ms. Tshudy leads the development and implementation of EHS programs and supports efforts to maintain ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications. These efforts have resulted in a successfully integrated EH&S management system that incorporates the highest standards of performance and commitment to strong environmental, health and safety performance. Her work in this area has assisted Analog Devices, Inc. in achieving recognition both locally and nationally. Just this year, Analog was named as a Massachusetts Toxics Use Reduction Act (TURA) program Anniversary Leader. The award recognizes companies that have reduced toxic chemical use, created healthier work environments and saved money. Analog was one of only 9 companies to be recognized and was the only company that has been recognized twice for this award both in 2010 and 2015. In 2014, Newsweek magazine ranked ADI as among the greenest companies in the United States. Analog Devices placed 50th in the 2014 Newsweek U.S. Green rankings.
Beth has been a member of SESHA and active in the local New England Chapter since 1997. Beth received the SESHA President’s Award in 2013 and 2014 for her work in the planning of Symposiums for those years and was also a Co-Chair for this year’s Symposium.
