Jeanne began her career as a biochemist and has worked in the EHS field since 1982. In 1988, Jeanne began serving as the Environmental Affairs Manager for SEMATECH during its startup. In 1989, Jeanne became a SESHA member and began regularly participating in the Texas Hill Country Chapter. She also became involved at a national level by participating in conference planning, serving as a session moderator, and speaking at annual SESHA conferences. Jeanne left SEMATECH to become an EHS consultant in 1991, but she continued actively participating in SESHA. She was elected to the Board of Directors in 1995 where she served for six years, including serving as President in 2001. Jeanne’s most valuable contribution to SESHA was her leadership in nationwide local chapter development. She was named a SESHA Fellow in 2003.

Jeanne’s EHS expertise includes industrial waste management, storm water and wastewater permitting, emergency preparedness and response programs, workplace exposure assessments, and employee training. Her primary consulting practice involves helping clients develop and implement environmental and safety management systems, and conducting multimedia environmental and safety compliance audits.
