For the past 30+ years, SEMI has helped the industry address EHS challenges by creating platforms for pre-competitive industry collaboration, which empower SEMI Member companies to collectively accomplish that which they cannot do alone. In recent years, the SEMI EHS Advocacy Program has focused on critical regulatory, policy, and technology issues. This presentation will focus on the latest progress in SEMI EHS Advocacy Working Groups as well as introduce newer topics that the Program may address in the future.
